When you register with mobikade, by default your profile is set to "public", which means that other mobikade users can view details of your profile (like nickname, age, gender, hobbies and messages posted by you on "what's up now"). If you wish to keep your profile private, you can use the "Privacy settings" feature in the "Account settings" section on our site.
You may request that we amend your personal data if the data we hold about you is inaccurate. You can use the "Edit Profile" feature in the "Account settings" section on our site or send an email to our customer support at cs@mail.mkade.com

The Act gives you the right to receive a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. You can exercise this right by sending an email to cs@mail.mkade.com. In accordance with the Act any access request may be subject to a fee of 10 in order to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. To the extent permitted by law, this privacy policy is not intended to, and does not create any contractual or other legal rights.
